February 27, 2011 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Rahm Emanuel achieved a difficult political feat last week-- he won a majority of the votes to become mayor-elect, even though five other candidates were running, and three were major candidates with impressive backgrounds.
How did the one-time Chicago congressman and former White House chief of staff manage to win 55 percent of the vote? And what kind of mayor will he be?
We'll ask two veteran observers of Chicago politics and government.
